I’m writing you from Chiang Mai, Thailand. I’m healthy, safe, & steeped ingratitude. I’ve felt connected to all ofyou over the seas. I was enjoying a yogaclass yesterday, and I caught myself smiling inside. The teacher reminded me of me, and as my thighwas burning in Parsvakonasana, and my shoulder shaking in Vasisthasana, she wastalking peacefully on & on, makingmirco adjustments person after person, and I could have probably laughed outloud, relating to your experiences in our classes together.

I completed a three week Vipassana meditation intensive outhere. I wish I had some mind blowingepiphanies to share with you from that, but all I can say for now is that it’s agift to have and take time to meditate. I had some extremely challenging, and extremely beautiful experienceswhile I was there, and some useful insights into myself. I’m currently working at releasing judgment& attachment. My Self assignedhomework from the retreat. ;)

I’m already planting seeds of ideas to come back to Kelownafor the Summer. I’m grateful that I’vegot some time to turn these seeds into plants. Time. What prevents everythingfrom happening simultaneously.. I thinkit was George Carlin that said that. Haha. Be sure you are making the most ofyour time. It’s a great gift.
